Stolen ATV collision, male charged with impaired driving

HAGERSVILLE—Haldimand OPP has charged a 53-year-old male with impaired driving following an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) collision at a Highway 6, Hagersville address.

On Friday, August 30, 2019 at 5 p.m., OPP, Haldimand County Fire Services, and Haldimand County paramedics responded for a single-vehicle collision involving an ATV. A male and female were injured as a result of the collision. The male, whom police identified as the driver, had alcohol in his system. Police conducted a test on the male, and he was subsequently arrested.
