CAYUGA—Haldimand OPP is investigating an incident involving two stolen vehicles and theft of gas. On October 15, 2021 Police were called to a local business on Hwy. 56 in Cayuga.
According to the witness, a black Acura with Ontario licence plate CCLN090 and a grey Dodge Caravan with Ontario licence plate BYDX105 pulled in and pumped several litres of gas into the vehicles before leaving without paying. Further investigation revealed both vehicles were stolen. Police are looking for two male suspects:
Suspect number one was wearing a black hooded sweater, ball cap, grey pants, and black shoes with a white Nike symbol on them.
Suspect number two was wearing a grey hooded sweater, black pants, and black shoes. He had a black satchel over his shoulder and was wearing glasses.
