CAYUGA—Haldimand OPP has charged a 41-year-old male following a traffic stop at a Cayuga Street North, Cayuga address.
On Saturday, March 23, 2019 at 12:03 p.m., OPP were patrolling on Talbot Street West in Cayuga when a licence plate query caught the attention of police.
