CAYUGA—On Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 3:48 a.m., Haldimand OPP, West Region Emergency Response Team, and West Region Canine Unit responded to the report of a theft in progress at a business in Cayuga. As a result of the investigation, a 46-year-old of Hamilton is charged with:
- Mischief Under $5,000 (x2)
- Theft Under $5,000 from a motor vehicle (x2)
- A 48-year-old of Hamilton is also charged with:
- Mischief Under $5,000 (x2)
- Theft Under $5,000 from a motor vehicle (x2)
- Possession of Schedule 1 Substance – Methamphetamine
The accused are to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga to answer to the charges.
