DUNNVILLE — Haldimand OPP has charged a 39-year-old individual with criminal offences following an investigation at a residence on Kings Row in Dunnville.
A check on the individual revealed that they were bound by a court order stemming from a charge in another jurisdiction. The individual was arrested at the residence.
A search following the arrest revealed a quantity of suspected methamphetamine.
OPP has charged the accused of Dunnville with:
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Methamphetamine
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
