DUNNVILLE—On behalf of Optimist International (OI), the Optimist Club of Dunnville invites youth aged 11-18 years of age (as of October 1, 2020) to participate in the first-ever Optimist International Musical Happiness Competition. This exciting new program is designed to encourage and celebrate youth musical and vocal categories. Scholarships will be awarded for first, second, and third place at the OI level for each category. The musical or vocal submission shall be no longer than three minutes.
