DUNNVILLE—On March 1, 2021, six youth participated virtually in the Optimist International Oratorical Contest hosted by the Optimist Club of Dunnville. For this year’s topic “Healing the World with Optimism”, the speeches addressed the COVID pandemic and some of the news that made headlines in the past year.
