CALEDONIA–The Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit has declared a COVID-19 outbreak at the Haldimand-Norfolk REACH Child Care Centre located at McKinnon Park Secondary School.
The Health Unit is working closely with Haldimand-Norfolk REACH to implement a public health management plan.
One child has tested positive. This child is not currently attending the centre. Close contacts have been identified and will be self-isolating. Additional test results are pending.
Members of the affected class will not be attending the centre. Children in other classes may continue to attend the centre.
The Health Unit will continue to provide updates.
