DUNNVILLE—Haldimand Pregnancy Care & Family Centre (HPCFC) hosted its annual Soup Fest on Tuesday, February 7, 2023. The event featured 25 soups and several desserts made by artisans and restaurants from the community. “This year’s Soup Fest was a great turnout.

There was $3,822 raised, with over 300 people attending!” said Rylie Dekker, Youth Worker & Communications at HPCFC. “We had some amazing volunteers help out. One volunteer made 36 loaves of bread and we also had a volunteer make 450 plated desserts!” By the end of the evening, 700 bowls of soup had been served. The money that was raised will be used to go toward HPCFC’s Home with a Heart and Growing Together programs.
