Pride Day in Haldimand brings fun for everyone

HALDIMAND—Pride Haldimand Norfolk once again put on an excellent Pride Day event this year, taking place Saturday, May 27 at McKinnon Park in Caledonia. Attendees had a great time enjoying live entertainment and a variety of activities. Please enjoy some photos from the day below.

CALEDONIA—Pride Haldimand Norfolk celebrated its sixth year of diversity and inclusion at McKinnon Park in Caledonia on Saturday, May 27, 2023. Eventgoers enjoyed live music, food, a vendor market, a family fun zone, drag makeovers, and more. CALEDONIA — Justin Preston (Diamond Hart Cartier) is shown with Meg Piironen. Justin is a national ambassador for Kids Health Phone, started the ‘Rise Against Bullying’ campaign, and was a motivational speaker at the event, drawing hour-long lineups at their booth after speaking.
Nicole Selby, Haldimand County Paramedic, and Bekky Koiter of Dunnville, are shown with Tanner, a two-year-old goldendoodle who was trained by Autism Services in Brantford.
