TOWNSEND—One resident of Parkview Meadows Christian Retirement Village has tested positive for COVID-19.
All residents of the facility have been tested and all others have tested negative for the disease.
Two staff members previously tested positive and remain in self-isolation.
Residents are currently being self-isolated in their rooms, where they are also receiving all meals. Staff are wearing full personal protective equipment.
Health Unit staff have initiated a full public health management plan.
