DUNNVILLE—The 15th anniversary of Haldimand Art Works (HAW)’s River Arts Festival (RAF) kicked off this week. With COVID-19 in its second wave, this year’s event is a virtual experience.
While this has its challenges, the community is asked to show their support by attending the virtual workshops and presentations, and by donating auction items of artworks, textiles, handmade goods, gift baskets, tours or experiences, gift certificates, and more during the festival which runs from November 1 to 30, 2020.
There are many pieces of art up for auction on the festival’s Facebook page. Simply view the items and select a piece to bid on, then put your bid amount in the comments section in increments of at least $1 bids.
