CAYUGA—After speaking with her family doctor back at the start of March, 75-year-old Bernadine Lutes of Cayuga thought her COVID-19 vaccine appointment would be imminent. It was not.
Without any firm answers from her doctor’s office, she decided to pay a visit to the vaccination clinic at the Cayuga Memorial Arena.
