HALDIMAND—We are currently smack dab in the middle of another long, dry summer season here in Haldimand County and across the province. While we have seen small pockets of rain, and a few fairly violent storms so far this summer, conditions remain largely dry and with those conditions come safety risks.
Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) recently sent out an informative look at some of those risks, and how people can mitigate them in their daily lives, including some helpful tips that can applied right here at home in Haldimand County.
