CALEDONIA—Up to 26 new lots and a new public street could be on their way to the existing Avalon subdivision in Caledonia.
“The lots will be consistent with the surrounding area. There are between 33-38 foot lots … (and) with that, the final yield will be about 20 lots,” said Michael O’Doyle, a representative of Armstrong Planning on behalf of Empire Communities.
