JARVIS—After the dull days of winter, a wreath workshop hosted by The Friends of the Jarvis Library on April 3, 2023 was an opportunity to focus on spring. Participants used brightly coloured ribbons and blooms to create cheerful wreaths following the instructions of Rachel Blum.
