JARVIS—The St. Paul Women’s Club of Jarvis celebrated an important milestone recently, looking back at 75 years of commitment to both St. Paul’s Anglican Church in Jarvis as well as the community it serves.
“Our club was initially started by Rev. Cameron’s wife May with Margaret Frith, Lola Holmes, Ann Keifer, Irma Lysch, and Myrna Reicheld. We’ve had many members over the years,” said current member and club secretary Darlene Genery. “I’ve been there since 1959. The rest of them have been there longer than I have.”
