DUNNVILLE—A smell can trigger various memories. It can be good, or it can be bad. It can be strong, or weak. It can be sour, or sweet.
The smell I’m about to talk about is the sweetest smell on earth: maple syrup.
On Saturday, February 22, 2020 I took part in Richardson’s Farm and Market’s Sweetest Smell on Earth Maple Dining and Experience, which has recently been nominated as a finalist for the 2019 Innovative Experience of the Year award from Ontario’s Southwest Tourism.
