DUNNVILLE—The third annual Hauser’s Whole Health Mudcat Marathon Weekend is ready, set, going on Friday, May 10 and Saturday, May 11, 2019.
“This is a premier road racing event, right here in our own backyard,” said organizer Sheryl Sawyer, adding that there will be “spectacular local scenery, friendly volunteers, and amazing swag and entertainment.”
On Friday, the public is welcome to visit the Hauser’s Health and Wellness Expo at the Farmer’s Market from 2 to 9 p.m. It will include many vendors, and those racing can pick up their kits there. Two races will take place that night: the 1k Family Fun Run at 6 p.m. and the Fishy5k at 7 p.m.
The full marathon kick starts Saturday morning at 7 a.m. followed by the half marathon at 8:30 a.m. The Mudkitten 1k will start at 9 a.m., followed by the Riverfront 10k at 9:15 a.m., and the Riverfront 5k at 9:30 a.m.
