Townwide yard sale draws big crowds in Caledonia

CALEDONIA—The first Saturday of June once again saw the return of Caledonia’s annual townwide yard sale. Residents around town held garage sales, drawing lots of interest in their wares from the gathered crowds. The Caledonia BIA and Canada Day Committee were out collecting “oppor-toonies”, with the $850 raised going to the Canada Day celebrations on July 1, where there will be a free parade, fun at Kinsmen Park, and fireworks.
