CALEDONIA—Haldimand OPP is investigating two fatal motorvehicle collisions that took place in Caledonia last week.
On Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at about 5:30 p.m., a sedan occupied by two females was travelling southbound on Highway 6 and turning left onto Haldimand Road 66 when the vehicle turned into the path of a pickup truck that was travelling northbound on Highway 6.
The pickup truck was being operated by a 66-year-old male.
Haldimand paramedics transported a 93-year-old female passenger to a local area hospital with life threatening injuries where she later succumbed to her injuries.
The deceased has been identified as Audrey Auld of Hamilton.
