Walpole Antique Farm Machinery Association dinner draws a full house

By Randy Carter

JARVIS—The Walpole Antique Farm Machinery Association (WAFMA) in Jarvis was the place to be on Saturday, September 5, 2026 at 5:30 p.m.

For $25 you could get a full roast beef dinner with a baked potato, corn on the cob, coleslaw, fresh bun, pie, and coffee.

WAFMA has been around for more than 25 years, according to President Larry Moyer, and has 60 active members. Saturday’s dinner was a fundraiser to help support WAFMA’s ongoing operations.

There was a great turn out; the hall was packed with 147 hungry participants who left the event happy and full.
