HAGERSVILLE—Whispering Hearts Horse Rescue (WHHR) held their 12th annual Open House Fundraiser on Saturday, July 13, 2019. WHHR takes in, rehabilitates, and cares for horses in need. The facility relies 100% on volunteers.
