HALDIMAND—The second meeting of the Haldimand 4-H Cloverbuds was held on April 19, 2023. Press Reporters are Sylvie-Anne, Gemma, Eirlys, Anya, Walker, and Noah. Cindy Huitema (above right), an egg farmer, was here to talk about eggs and her farm. We learned that it takes 23 hours for an egg to develop and 22 of those hours are just for the shell. And it takes 12 minutes to boil eggs; use cold water. The other members coloured eggs while we boiled more. We also did a freeze dance. 4-H is a good place to make new friends, learn new things and thrive.
