I had a request for a good chicken wing recipe and so when I saw this one, I just had to try it. It turned out really well as it was gooey and delicious. I enjoyed a couple of wings with a tossed side salad and although I halved the recipe there was still plenty left over for the next day.

The almond pork chop recipe is one that I have not tried yet. I was interested in the sauce as I like the honey-mustard combination. I always add a bit of regular mustard to that little bit of honey left in the jar, stir it well and use it to baste chicken or simply spread on a sandwich in place of mayonnaise or mustard.

The crock pot ribs recipe was sent to me by a reader who told me they were delicious. I don’t cook ribs often but added them to my grocery list for next week. Be sure to cook them until the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees before pouring the sauce over them. Then cook on high for at least another 30 minutes.
