Firefighters, police recognized for service

FISHERVILLE—Haldimand County held its 10th annual Recognition Night for its local firefighters and police services at the Fisherville Community Hall on September 12, 2019. This is the fourth year that the fire and police departments have hosted their awards together. The theme this year was dedication and commitment.

Jason Gallagher, Haldimand Manager of Emergency Services and Fire Chief, said, “Haldimand has some of the most dedicated firefighters. They sacrifice a lot for our community, both mentally and physically.”
