I have included two more of the recipes from Natasha Davies who shared some excellent recipes with us a couple of weeks ago. Her peanut butter cookies are chewy and easy to make. They are topped with a sweet sugar coating. I have also included her recipe for mac and cheese bites. I tried this recipe and liked it a lot, as did my grandkids. I added some cooked, chopped bacon, and a few chopped chives. If these aren’t all eaten, store them in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to five days. I made this peanut butter fudge last week for my son’s family. I tried one piece and it is a good thing I was giving it away because it was delicious. I certainly would have eaten a lot of it if I hadn’t got it out of my house. I only had creamy peanut butter available and I probably should have cut back a bit on the butter as the fudge didn’t harden up as well as the chocolate that I made the week before had. I am sure with the crunchy variety it would have been better. I didn’t have any peanuts on hand or I would have chopped some and added them.
