Impaired driver located in Caledonia

CALEDONIA—Haldimand OPP has charged a 39-year-old driver with impaired driving following a traffic complaint on Argyle Street South in Caledonia.

On Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at 1:59 p.m., OPP responded to Argyle Street South for a traffic complaint. Police located the vehicle and driver where they investigated. While officers spoke with the driver, signs of impairment were detected and the driver was arrested.

Investigation revealed the driver was in violation of several other offences. Further investigation determined the driver was more than three times above the legal limit.
