Have Your Say: The failure of Ontario’s recycling program

Dear Premier Ford,

Having responsibly travelled across Canada in August with a self-contained RV to visit family in Alberta and BC this summer, we noticed that those western provinces had very, very little in the way of cans and plastic bottle litter. It is our belief that this reduced litter was due to those provinces having returnable deposits on all their beverage containers.

Returning back to Ontario and seeing all the litter was so disheartening!
