DUNNVILLE—On Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 2:23 p.m., a member of Haldimand OPP was conducting speed enforcement on Northshore Road in Dunn-ville. The officer stopped two motorcycles after they were observed travelling over 140km/h in a posted 80km/h speed limit zone. A 42- and 53-year-old of Toronto, were charged with Adult Race a Motor Vehicle – Excessive Speed, contrary to Section 172(1) of the Highway Traffic Act (HTA). Both individuals were issued a provincial summons to attend court, along with a 30 day driver’s licence suspension. The motorcycles were impounded for 14 days.
