HALDIMAND—On October 16, 2021 at 7 p.m., members of Haldimand OPP were called to a local business to investigate allegations of a sexual assault involving a patron and a staff member. On October 19, 2021, the Haldimand OPP Crime Unit was engaged and as a result of the investigation, a 63-year-old individual from Haldimand County was charged with Sexual Assault.
The accused is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
