MPP makes statement to press on Norfolk shooting

Note from the Editor: The below letter is in regard to an incident in Norfolk on November 3, 2021 when Toronto police executed a warrant around noon at the home of Rodger Kotanko. The 70-year-old gunsmith was shot inside his workshop and would succumb to his wounds. As with all police-related shootings, the SIU has invoked its mandate to investigate what occurred.
