HALDIMAND—Haldimand OPP conducted a traffic stop after observing a dark coloured pickup truck travelling at a high rate of speed on a rural road in Haldimand. Police have charged a 25-year-old from Scotland with: Fail to Comply with Undertaking (two counts); Fail to Comply with Probation Order; Drive While Under Suspension; Use Plate Not Authorized; and No Insurance.
The accused is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
