HAGERSVILLE—The sale of the Hagersville Community Centre, which will support the in-development Hagersville Library + Active Living Centre, has been completed for a figure “much higher” than the $550,000 the hall was valued at.
“There were eight offers submitted with most offers being well in excess of the asking price. The accepted offer was the highest offer and with no restrictive conditions. Financial details will be released once the sale is completed,” said Rob Phillips, President, Hagersville Chamber of Commerce.
