DUNNVILLE—Community service takes centre stage this weekend as local service clubs work together to fill the shelves with food for the Salvation Army Food Bank.
The Dunnville Rotary and the Optimist Club of Dunnville have teamed up for the Thanksgiving Food Drive at the Dunnville Farmer’s Market this Saturday, October 1, 2022 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Food donations such as canned foods (meat, pasta, potatoes, stews, vegetables, and pasta sauce), cereal, cookies, dish soap, juice, Mr. Noodle, muffin/cookie mix, and shampoo/conditioner are some of the most needed items.
The Rotary will also be collecting empty bottles and cans at the same location.
These clubs are working to make a difference in our community. Let’s help support our community.
