DUNNVILLE—On October 15, 2022, at 9:34 a.m., Haldimand OPP responded to a report of a break and enter in progress at a residential address on Highway 3 in Dunnville.
An individual was arrested at the scene and as a result of the investigation, the accused, a 50-year-old of Dunnville, is charged with the following offences:
- Mischief – Destroys or damages property
- Mischief – Obstructs, interrupts, or interferes with the lawful use, enjoyment, or operation of property
- Public Mischief
- Unlawfully in Dwelling House
- Theft Under $5,000
- Trespassing at Night
- Assault
- Criminal Harassment – Beset and watch complainant
The accused was held for a bail hearing in Cayuga to answer to the charges.
