DUNNVILLE—Haldimand OPP responded to an information call involving a possible breach of probation on North Cayuga Street in Dunnville on October 20, 2022 at 1:58 p.m.
As a result of the investigation, police have charged the accused, 32-years-old of no fixed address, with:
- Fail to comply with Probation Order (three counts)
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
- Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance – Opioid (other than Heroin).
The accused was held for a bail hearing in Cayuga to answer to the charges.
