TOWNSEND — The Townsend Lions invited the community to join them for Harvest Fest on October 7, 2023. The event included pumpkin decorating, a bake sale, complimentary lunch, wagon rides, activities, and treats. Pumpkin decorating with stickers and markers was a popular activity at the Harvest Fest.

Lion Debbie Dohar says, “It’s giving back to the community that gives us so much.” That giving was best demonstrated by the number of hats, mittens, and scarves that were donated for the women’s shelter, as seen in the next photo.
