Haldimand Bird Observatory’s Bobolink Bonanza

The Haldimand Bird Observatory is excited to announce our first Bobolink Bonanza event! Join us at our bird banding site on August 23rd to learn about this charismatic species at risk that breeds in the surrounding area. Included with an event ticket is a talk by an experienced Bobolink biologist, a site tour, bird banding demonstrations, snacks and coffee in the morning and a BBQ lunch in the afternoon. There will also be nature-themed activities for kids, so bring your little ones along to experience Bobolinks and other local birds up close!
