Suddenly at his home in Nixon, ON on Tuesday, June 9, 2026. Alex Bancroft, much-loved son of Mick and Tracey Bancroft, in his 34th year. Dear brother and uncle of Suzanne Bancroft, Jason and Terra (Paxton and Theo) Bancroft, Angela (Stephanie and Georgina) Wright and Darrell (Laura and Robert) Wright. Loving grandson of Norma and Alan Chessum. Alex will be fondly remembered by extended family in England and Canada. He will also be missed by many friends and loved ones. Predeceased by his grandparents Mary and Edwin Bancroft. Friends are invited to call at COOPER FUNERAL HOME, 19 Talbot Street West, Jarvis on Friday, June 19, 2026 from 6-8 p.m. A private family service will be held, with interment to follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Simcoe.
