DUNNVILLE—An individual is facing charges following a motor vehicle collision in Dunnville.
On Saturday, June 27, 2026 at approximately 2:55 a.m., Haldimand OPP responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Main Street West, Dunnville.
As a result of the investigation, the driver – a 28-year-old Dunnville resident – was placed under arrest and charged with:
* Operation of a motor vehicle while impaired – blood alcohol concentration 80 plus
* Novice driver with blood alcohol concentration above zero
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga on August 25. None of the charges have been proven in court.
