Male youths charged in Jarvis robbery

JARVIS—Haldimand OPP has charged two male youths following a robbery at a Peel Street East, Jarvis address.

On Monday, February 25, 2019 at 12:15 p.m., OPP responded to Peel Street East for a report of a vehicle chasing two males across a property. A witness reported seeing one of the males running with, what appeared to be, a firearm.

OPP located the vehicle involved on Highway 3 where they investigated.

OPP investigation determined two males attended the area in a vehicle where they were met by two other males for an apparent drug deal when one male pointed a firearm at the male inside the vehicle before fleeing on foot.
