CALEDONIA—The Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) will be conducting a routine inspection of the Argyle Street Bridge from September 15 to 17, 2025.
Inspections will occur daily during this time from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Traffic impacts
The bridge will be fully closed to traffic during the inspection; however, sidewalks will remain open for pedestrian use and emergency vehicle access will be maintained.
A signed detour route will redirect traffic to the Highway 6 bypass. Drivers should anticipate delays and are encouraged to leave extra time in their commute.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation as this important infrastructure work is carried out.
