SELKIRK—Shown left: John and Tami Szedetzski from Kitchener came out to the Strawberry Social for the first time this year. They found the event online when looking for a historical site to visit over the weekend. When asked what they thought of the house Tami said, “I think it’s beautiful, I think I’m living in the wrong era.”

SELKIRK—Cottonwood Mansion held their annual Strawberry Social and Father’s Day Celebration on Sunday, June 16, 2019. The event featured music performed by the Peter Banting Swingtet. The band plays music from the mid-20th century, such as big band music, Broadway showtunes, and songs from the American Song Book.
