Dunnville Horticultural Society (DHS) really knows how to celebrate! With this being our 90th year, we made September a month to remember. Many members attended our lovely Fall Garden Tour on the 14th, taking in a spectacular late summer day to enjoy six outstanding member gardens. Thank you to our host gardeners: Marlene Link, Tammy Link, Jacob Kelly, Gloria Hunter, Beth Powell and Ken Sherwood, and Petra Kruis-Daly. It was a joy to see these gardens in their showy fall colours!

On the heels of the Garden Tour, we welcomed world renowned photographer Mark Zelinski for our regular program night. His stunning photos wowed the audience! Our 4-H/Jr. Gardeners held their annual flower and vegetable show and did not disappoint! Well done to this next generation of gardeners. A big thank you also to Gwen Schaeffer and Rita Vandervliet who, assisted by Debbie Thomas, ran this group through the summer. The winner of the Judy Jeffrey memorial trophy was Ben Knelsen. Congratulations to all the kids and leaders!
