Dunnville Optimists recognize outstanding youth

DUNNVILLE—On Monday, November 18, 2019 the Optimist Club of Dunnville recognized seven youth who go above and beyond that which is expected. The names of the recipients for this award were submitted by individuals or organizations within the Dunnville community.

Optimist Vice President Steve Strong began the evening by stating, “We always seem to hear so many negative remarks about young people, so it’s always nice to hear about the good things that our youth are doing in the community. Not enough attention is paid to the positive efforts that young people make, so it is great that these young people have been nominated to receive this award.”
