HAGERSVILLE—The newest housing development in Hagersville officially launched on February 24, 2020 with a ribbon cutting ceremony at its King Street location.
Empire Livingston is described as a ‘master-planned’ community that will be offering detached homes starting this spring. Plans include bungalow and two-storey homes that range from 1,266 to 3,289 square feet.
Mark Tutton, President of Low Rise at Empire, commented on the “good, longstanding relationship” the company has in Haldimand and explained that Livingston is named after Helen Livingston, the granddaughter of Hagersville founder Charles Hager. In reference to the development he added, “We think it’s going to be a hit.”
