FISHERVILLE—Together with its community, the Fisherville Lions raised an outstanding $245,980 in support of local charities through its 2025 Catch the Ace fundraiser – a true testament to the generosity of our community.
The 2025 Catch the Ace ran for 39 weeks, ending September 10, 2025 with a $156,850 jackpot.
On Saturday, January 31, 2026, the Fisherville Lions were proud to present cheque donations to the following organizations:
- Dunnville Hospital & Healthcare Foundation – $75,000
- Haldimand Norfolk Community Senior Support Services – $5,000
- Haldimand Norfolk Women’s Services – $5,000
- West Haldimand General Hospital Foundation – $5,000
- Ronald McDonald House Charities – $5,000
These are just a handful of the many charities that benefited from the Catch the Ace fundraiser and the incredible community support behind it.
FISHERVILLE—Members of the Fisherville Lions Club presented a $75,000 cheque to the Dunnville Hospital & Healthcare Foundation on January 31, 2026. The donation was made possible through the club’s 2025 Catch the Ace fundraiser, which raised nearly $246,000 in support of local charities. 
Donation to the Haldimand-Norfolk Community Senior Support Services. 
Donation to the Ronald McDonald House Charities. 
Donation to the West Haldimand General Hospital Foundation. 
Donation to the Haldimand Norfolk Women’s Services.
In December, the Fisherville Lions were also honoured to donate $75,000 to the Haldimand Norfolk Community Hospice.
