Hagersville Food Bank remaining open, encouraging donations

HAGERSVILLE—The Hagersville Food Bank wants to assure you that we will remain open to support all those that need us during these trying times.  We have protocols and procedures in place to ensure the health of not only our clients but also our many volunteers.

We understand that with restrictions in place, our clients still require access to our donated food supplies.  We intend on providing them as long as our supplies last. Our suppliers have found it difficult to meet our orders as they are finding it difficult to maintain stock in their stores.  Our usual sources of donated food, the schools and local churches as well as planned local food drives, have all stopped or have been cancelled.  Though we have stock on hand, this won’t last forever.
