DUNNVILLE—Over 700 people and tens of thousands of eggs were at Calvary Pentecostal Church’s annual Easter Egg Hunt in Dunnville on Saturday, April 8, 2023. TOWNSEND—The Easter Bunny made a special visit to Townsend on the morning of April 8, 2023 much to the delight of the 120 children taking part in the Lions’ Easter Egg Hunt. After baskets were filled, families also enjoyed popcorn, a bake sale, colouring, lunch, and easter packages distributed by the Lions. CALEDONIA—On Friday, April 7, 2023 thousands gathered at McKinnon Park in Caledonia for an Easter Egg Hunt hosted by the Caledonia BIA. It was a tremendous success with 22,000 eggs handed out. Above left, Roxy Raccoon and the Easter Bunny enjoy the sunny day with (l-r) Axelia Redden, Richelle Harris, and Jaclyn Beaudin. Above right, Roxy put on a dancing show and (l-r) Sebastien Sergeant, Dominic Kranyak, and Parker Riley offered enthusiastic high fives.
